- Supervised a cross functional team of 15 people to deliver on schedule a complex release that incorporated multiple initiatives.
• Delivered a solution that supported the integration of data from Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) to Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) servers, credit card masking, and a pop-up alert to inform users that the client has not been authenticated.
• Collaborated with business stakeholders to create a road map with competing priorities to ensure regulatory deadlines were met.
• Proactively informed partner teams of code delivery timelines to support seamless workflow continuity.
