- Supervised cross functional team of 36 people across USA, Canada and India to deliver a Salesforce application as part of the digital transformation of a 20 year old RBC call centre application.
• Collaborated with architects to accelerate the architectural design for fraud alert.
• Quickly resolved defects reported by testing team to ensure that bugs did not impact timeline.
• Refined Scrum ceremonies and established team norms to provide efficient workflow.
• Worked with QA to shift left on testing to deliver release on schedule.
